Fall Workshop Photos

Thanks to everyone who came to the Workshop!!!

We had great fun! Heard lots of good comments!

I managed to snap a few photos on my lunch break. My apologies to any demonstrators or workers that I didn't catch in a photo!

Here's most of our of demonstrators..........

Dianne, Faith, Linnea, Deb, Shannon H, Jodi, Robbie, Robyn, Mary Jo, Shannon B Sally, Judy M, Judy H

Not in the group photo: Kathy, Doreen, Mary, Nicole, Gabby, Tina

Judy M, Kathy's sister-in-law, runs the "store" at the Community Center. She does a fabulous job! It's her twice a year job!

Shannon H helps a stamper with the Medallion Wedding Card.

Robyn has a big grin as she overlooks her table of stampers making the Fall Pumpkins card.

This is Mary Jo who created and taught the Peony Card.

Robbie gives personal help to 2 stampers making the Serendipity Barn Card.

Doreen helps at the table where stampers created the CHF Snowman Believe card.

Lunch time......
The high school senior class served hot chicken sanwiches, chips, soups, veggies, bars and beverages as a fund raiser for their class trip.

Shannon B takes a break for lunch. She helped with the Halloween Card.

Linnea works with stampers creating the Grungepaper Birthday Flower card.....lots of steps to that card. And messy, too!

Deb watches over 2 stampers who work on the Fall Leaves card.

Smiles from Dianne as she helps with the Crafty Secrets Holiday Postcards! This was a popular table.

.......the table of door prizes! At this point, some had already been given out.

In the background (right corner) are Faith (peach shirt) and Gabby(white top). Gabby helped with running supplies from FM store to the Community center and from table to table. Faith taught one of the projects. (I didn't catch her at her table in any other photo.)

Gotcha, Doreen!!!!

Since Kathy was busy at the real Fond Memories store all day.....I caught her after the workshop while she and Doreen worked at the checkout counter.

Name Tags....

......all lined up ready for the demonstrators.

All these cute flowers are created out of Grungepaper using stamps from Studio 490 "Dimensional Rose Art". Each flower was stamped with a background from either Dimensional Rose Art or Alphabetically Art and colored with Broken China Distress ink. The flower center was cut with a Spellbinders circle die, colored with Dried Marigold Distress ink, shaped a bit and mounted with foam tape. Distress Dried Marigold Stickles adds a bit of sparkle but not too shiny. Peeled Paint Distress ink colors the leaves. Each name was written with a black Glaze pen on a little strip of paper tinted with Dried Marigold Distress ink. A couple loops of plaid ribbon add the finishing touch.
All the projects will start posting Saturday at 10:00 a.m. CST.
Enjoy!
